Who should attend?

UK-based investors who are contemplating disposing of their portfolio or getting involved with residential investment market for the first time, and those that believe they want to retain what they have but want some guidance as to how to respond to the current and likely future wave of changes in the legislation headed their way.

What will the series cover?

We will be running four free workshops from our Weston-super-Mare office covering the following topics. For further details please click on the relevant workshop to the right.

  1. Strategy
  2. Structure
  3. Tax
  4. Adapt and Thrive

What will I learn?

  •  The cost of doing nothing
  •  The options available to you
  •  Ways to save costs and tax
  •  Profit boosting ways to improve your income
  • The knowledge you need to protect yourself and your family
  •  The confidence you need to take decisive, effective and profitable action

Who else will be there?

People like you who may not have a large and/or experienced team around them, that are aware of the significant changes heading their way and want to take charge of their situation. Although we welcome landlords with portfolios of all sizes, it is unlikely that this series will be particularly helpful to experienced experts with more than fifteen properties.

What is the format?

We will convene a small group of 8-12 people at our offices in Weston-super-Mare between 17:00 and 17:30 to meet each other and enjoy some light refreshments. We will then run a 40 minute workshop covering the material for that day, and then run a 40 minute round table discussion so we get to know each other and share our experiences. The session will finish no later than 19:00.

How much does it cost?

The workshops are free to attend. All that we ask in return is that you participate in the workshop and be willing to share with the rest of the group. This is not a lecture; this is not a hard selling expensive seminar where you will be showered with inappropriate solutions that don’t apply to you. This is all about collaboration where a dozen heads will be better than one. We very much hope that you and the other delegates will forge valuable friendships with each other. Our job is to make you feel safe, understood and cared for. If we do our job right, then whilst there is no obligation, we would like you to become a client as and when you feel comfortable.

How do I reserve a place?

Please click here, select the workshop of your choice at the top right of the page and submit the booking form.
