At LRS we love the discussion forum where Landlords, Letting Agents and Tenant talk about everything to do with renting in the private rented sector, Tenant Referencing, day to day letting problems and also share our successes and failures. What we have learned over the last few years is that we don’t see thousands of questions, we see the same questions asked thousands of times. LRS is quickly becoming the go-to place for Landlords, Letting Agents and Tenants who need help, advice and support and we have decided to make life easier for those who support the site by building up a bank of information for landlords, letting agents and tenants – where you can all go to find the document, instruction, supplier… anything that you need to help to make your life easier by saving you time and money.
LandlordReferncing.co.uk is not making any income from this section of the site we are purely offering our members a free resource to thank you for your continued support in our quest to ensure that tenant referencing is robust and help good Landlord, good Letting Agents and good Tenants to find each other and make the PRS a happy place where we can all thrive.
If you have information, documents, products or services that you want to recommend to our members please email the information to enquiries@landlordreferencing.co.uk . Firstly you will need to join the site free of charge before we can post your information so that we are certain that it is coming from a credible source.
If you are a supplier who wants to offer LRS members a discount on your product or services we would be happy to hear from you. If you are a landlord or letting agent who has found a useful free resource or solution to a problem please share it with our members. By working together we can build a comprehensive knowledge base which cannot be built by LRS staff alone.
Please do not stop posting on the discussion forum, the discussions that take place are invaluable because sharing of information is what LRS is all about and “It’s good to talk” when we see a question being discussed we will add content to this knowledge base for future reference.
