SERVICED REFERENCING
Detailed Referencing on your applicant. Using automated forms to collect all the data you need to make an informed decision on your new applicant tenant. Including Financial Report through Check My File with insight data included as standard. References obtained from current Landlord/Agent, Employers, Accountant (if self employed) and Evidence requested to prove all those declarations.
Based on industry affordability of 30x Rental = Yearly Household income (use our calculator above) we will assess the income of your applicants and even identify if they are eligible for one of our Rent Protection policies (Details found through RentSafeUK.co.uk)

The Tenant Passport is where the applicant can now do an affordability Full Detailed Reference on themselves. As a single or joint application, with or without a guarantor.
