It reminds me of an article I read here; Best Practice for Landlords If The Price is Right?
It's a real shame that they could manage to give landlordreferencing.co.uk a mention but not actually explain what it does. All they go on about is how referencing relies on a person's honesty and what referencing you should carry out, but it fails to mention how landlordreferencing's Tenant Histories prevents taking on rogue tenants in the first place!
