How to be a great landlord
The Simply Business ‘Landlord Hangout’ will be an hour long and take place at 1pm on Tuesday 11th March – discussing all things associated with being a landlord.
The ‘Hangout’ panel of experts will include Paul Routledge of LRS, Vanessa Warwick of Property Tribes and Lucy Morton; ex president of ARLA. They will be answering a variety of “live” questions on how to be a great landlord, so if you’re just starting out or you’re a seasoned landlord, you’ll want to hangout with us as we chat about the common pitfalls and issues landlords have and (most importantly) how to avoid them.
So in the run up to the event we are looking for landlords to send in questions that they may have regarding any sort of landlord issue. These questions can range from “how to get started”, to “tax issues”, etc – and feel free to ask as many questions as you want.
