UK address or American address?
Dear Samii
I am trying to fill in the landlord referencing form for a property I hope to rent.
I’ve been living in Florida for more than 3 years, but am moving back to the UK. My UK bank accounts have been registered at my parents home in the UK for the duration that I have been away.
1. Should I fill in my parents UK address or my Florida address as my current address?
2. If my Florida address is my current address, how can I ensure that you run my financial check against my parents address? Or do you run an overseas financial check?
Many thanks.

Thank you for your email.
Please put your current address as the Florida address, and your previous address as your parents address.
In the box that asks ‘Where are your bank statements registered to?’ please state your previous address and that’s how we will know where to do the credit too.
Good luck and many thanks.
