Did anyone else watch Kate Falkner on BBC Breakfast this morning? What a refreshing change to hear someone supporting landlords and telling it like it is. 

Excellent comment about Landlords being demonised, and are just providing a much needed service.

I'd have liked to seen some numbers, as the man in the street just thinks the tax rises are quite small and assume landlords are just whingeing a bit. Quoting rates of over 100% up from the already high 40/45% which will be passed on to millions of Tenants equating to 30-50% rent rises will grab the media's attention...
