scottish tribunal system | Discuss

Has anyone dealt with the new Scottish tribunal system for tenant eviction. It looks like I will need to use it as my tenant hasn't paid his rent in 2 months.  He can afford it and is working.  I have sent him letters and emails outlining where he can get help with budgeting, etc  He is not answering any letters or texts.  Just getting the impression he doesn't want to pay his rent.  Should I go to the small claims court or wait to see if I can claim at the tribunal for arrears. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks
