Repairs claim | Discuss

Had an emergency roof repair, leaking water into my flat and down stairs, finally got a roofer who sent pictures and gave me an estimate, ok between 6 . Not thinking he asked me to pay into his account and i asked for receipt, to bbc e sent  I have emailed several times asking for invoice receipt. Need it to claim back from council .who are demanding one.

2others in the block are ignoring payment. One paid. Small repairs I don't mind doing but 700 is bit much The landlord register Scotland said they are looking into the land Lord next door who has not registered. Over a month now. 

how do you get a company to give a receipt and others to pay. ??
