QuoteAnyone any advice on rent guarantees and deposit replacement? Its like a jar of allsorts out there with so many alternatives. All I want is a reasonably priced deposit replacement insurance and rent guarantee. Tenants are struggling - so am I as we all know how much our costs have gone up. I've had a couple of 'trashed' properties where the rent guarantee hasn't covered. What does everyone else do?
