394….That is all folks!

It is now an ever decreasing number, thank god. The curse of the Bailiff and the torment of the Landlord but, not for much longer.

One by one, they are closing for good…and good bloody riddance too.
The bias wrath of the wooden collection box is dead, Haha.
No longer will tenants be able to get the irresponsible advice offered by these non moral and no virtue hyprocrites.
No longer will my phone ring to the tune of some git telling me, he/she thinks we have been too heavy on the poor souls.
No longer will we I have to listen to the ridiculous excuses of the naive suckers.

The CAB is carrying its last passengers. Hooray, Hooray.

What is your honest opinion of the Citizens Advice Bureau ?

Don’t be shy!

  1. Yes, they’ve contributed to the debts we’ve incurred over the years, by telling tenants to sit tight and get another few free months at our houses. Invariably they are advising bad people to take more from good people and these tenants then move on and do the same again to some other poor trusting soul. Theoretically, they’re unbiased and will offer advice to anyone, but since they are vehemently anti-landlord why would any landlord ask for advice? They’d think we should go to a lawyer and pay for it.

  2. CAB may be mourned by some but given the number of tenants who threaten they will ask a lawyer (ie CAB), I too will be pleased that my hard earned tax “dollars” or pounds are not being spent on CAB giving tenants false hopes and false advice.
